Privacy and local processing
Updated 7 November 2026. Daykit has no accounts, online ledgers or displayed advertising. Google Analytics is optional; refusing it does not limit any tool.
What you enter or select
Images are decoded, edited and exported in your browser; PDFs are also read and assembled there. Product prices, names in shared bills, amounts and dates are used only for the current tool. There is no upload endpoint receiving them, and they are not added to URLs or stored in localStorage. Saved and recent shortcuts store only tool identifiers on this device. Clear them from the directory sidebar; filenames and entered content are not stored. Choosing a file reads it from your device; it does not upload it.
Reloading, switching tools or closing a page loses unsaved inputs and results. Copy places the displayed summary on your device clipboard; download saves a file to your device. You decide whether to share those results elsewhere.
Visiting still uses a network
Cloudflare static hosting serves the pages and static code. The host processes network request information, such as IP addresses and request paths, to deliver the website. This is separate from image and form contents, which the tools do not upload. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Optional usage analytics
Google Analytics loads and receives page and tool-use events only after you choose “Allow analytics” or have a valid saved permission on this device. Before a choice or after refusal, no Google tag or cookieless analytics request is sent. Change the choice under “Analytics settings” in the footer. Turning off active analytics reloads the page and loses unsaved work, so download results first.
Events contain public page paths, fixed tool identifiers, processing starts and completions, download starts and generic error codes. Sources are limited to sample, user file, text or unknown. Filenames, file contents, entered text, naming prefixes, clipboard contents, query strings, URL fragments and referring page addresses are never included. A download event means a download was triggered, not that a file was saved successfully. Google receives ordinary request metadata, such as IP address, browser information and first-party analytics cookies. See the Google privacy policy.
Your allow or refuse preference is stored in localStorage on this device for six months. Analytics cookies are restricted to this website and expire within 180 days without automatic renewal on each visit. Refusing or withdrawing clears this site's GA cookies. Withdrawal does not erase previously sent data. Saved and recent tool shortcuts use separate local storage, which you can clear in the directory. When storage is blocked, the analytics choice applies only to the current page.
A link with analytics=off forcibly disables analytics on that page. QA links using qa=1 require fresh consent, mark events as tests, and do not save the choice. Analytics covers only consenting visits and is not a count of every visitor.
Advertising and site verification
Search-engine and AdSense ownership tags or an ads.txt file may be present. These public verification records do not load advertising scripts. No ads are displayed in this release; verification files do not establish approval or earnings. Any later advertising will require updated explanations and controls.
